We are glad to announce that SILO, the world first Zero Waste Restaurant created by Chef Douglas McMaster, has finally opened in Hackney Wick at the Crate Brewery!
We worked with Nina+Co to deliver a series of bespoke dry-joint furniture pieces made with black Fibracolour panels by FINSA UK. The material is a sustainable MDF coloured throughout which minimizes the usage of glue. The project is features a wide range of sustainable materials such as English grown olive ash, cork, seaweed, mycelium, recycled plastic and glass powder.
