The interiors of Silo, designed by Nina & co, feature beautiful natural materials and textures such as mycelium, cork, leather, ash, Welsh sea weed and recycled plastic. The design tastefully transforms the first floor of The White Building (Crate Brewery) into a beautiful, elegant and sustainable restaurant.
Silo is the world first zero-waste restaurant - a great idea by chef Douglas McMaster.
Our furniture pieces are made with Fibracolour Black, by Finsa, a sustainable board made of wood fibers (MDF) coloured throughout. Unlike the standard MDF products, Fibracolour boards are made with water-based non-toxic pigments and with a low concentration of formaldehyde.
